Introduction to Positive Transitioning

Discover ways to lean into transitions of life, no longer trying to force yourself to just be happy, but instead moving forward and doing the work to get to the magical life you can have on the other side of the transition. Accepting change can be mentally overwhelming so I believe if you lean into it, you're more apt to get started on the process of acceptance today vs. putting it off, burying it, protecting it, or ignoring it all together.
